I can answer that. The Lord was Jesus. Jesus has always been with God. Jesus said if you have seen me, you have seen the Father. It was Jesus that appeared to Moses at the burning bush.Jesus is the visable representation of the invisable God. The bible says "The Lord said to my Lord, sit at my right hand until I put all your enimies as a foot stool under your feet" So to answer your.question it was Jesus.

Seems like you have answered your own question. But since you asked, I will answer anyway. Exodus 33:20 says, “You are not able to see my face, because no man may see me and yet live" and John 1:18 says, "No man has seen God at any time." John 6:46 says: "Not that any man has seen the Father, except he who is from God; this one has seen the Father." So, then, any time the Bible record mentions a human "seeing" God, it does not mean that they actually saw God. Rather, they saw a materialized angel who represented Almighty God, Jehovah. The sight of a materialized angel was awe-inspiring enough to make a servant of God think he was seeing God himself. One Biblical reference explains: "Remember that an angelic spokesman for God could transmit His messages just as precisely as a telephone or a radio can transmit our words to another person. Hence, it can be understood how Abraham, Moses, Manoah, and others could speak with a materialized angel as if they were talking to God. While such individuals were able to see these angels and the glory of Jehovah reflected by them, they were not able to see God. Therefore, this in no way contradicts the apostle John’s statement: “No man has seen God at any time.” (John 1:18) What these men saw were angelic representatives and not God himself."*

God was in the form of a human(s). Some say Angel(s).

"The LORD appeared to Abraham near the great trees of Mamre while he was sitting at the entrance to his tent in the heat of the day. 2 Abraham looked up and saw three men standing nearby. When he saw them, he hurried from the entrance of his tent to meet them and bowed low to the ground. - Genesis 18:1-2

Who ever said Abraham looked at God?- thats a first for me. And besides, do you have to "see" me to meet me? Two blind people can't meet each other? To the question: I don't think Christianity, Judaism, nor Islam share that point of view that Abraham had ever literally "seen" God.

I do not believe that is true. By showing exceedingly great faith many of the prophets got see God. God could also have taken the form of a spirit as in Moses's case. I hope that helps.

Jesus is God and people saw his face as God can make himself appear in any form. they did not know at the time it was God speaking to them we see that in retrospect.

To see god is to know your self. The person you "believed' you were is dead.
