I do a lot of short business trips and usually take all my luxury toiletries etc with me since I have space. Now my husband and I are planning our first major overseas trip together. We're going to South America for a month. How does one go about packing all the toiletries and cosmetics one needs. How can we pack minimally but still be well groomed? How do you get around damp face-clothes etc? We need to pack light and efficiently. Any advice?

my biggest packing tip
only pack clothes you don't want anymore
you can throw them uot instead of washing
i keep all old socks, undies, bras,t shirts
to throw out on holidays
then you have room in case for shopping
never been overweight
you could do the same with your washes
or just carry wet ones like i do
or those nylon scrunches and use with liquid soap
i buy all shampoos and soaps when i arrive
can't carry as hand luggage anymore
have a good time

hmm
tooth brush/paste
brush
hair ties
one thing of eyeshadow/liner/mascara/lipstick/blush
nail polish
shampoo/conditioner
soap
washclothes/towels

only bring one of each, to pack lightly, buy the rest when you get there/ when you run out
