Is it strange that my sister still smokes MJ at the age of 41? She is very responsible and dependable. Graduated from college and earns a nice paycheck. She says most of her friends (her age) still use it on the weekends, strange or just me?

It does seem a little strange, not to mention, quite illegal unless she lives in like, Canada or Amsterdam, but if it is not interferring with her success in life, then is does not sound like she is abusing it but just using it as a "social lubricant".
Sad part is that even if she is recreational user on weekends and her weekend recreation should ever come to light, unless she is in the ever-forgiving entertainment field, and there were random drug testing on her job, she could end up losing her job at minimum and her freedom, at maximum.

I don't think it's strange as long as she's not hurting anyone and not using it excessively. Sounds like by the weekend she definetely deserves it. We all have our vices. Mines a bit safer though it's lollies : )

People do things they enjoy...
There are lots of people that do that...at various ages. It's not really all that strange, althought statistically, not very healthy.

It is a problem. Marijuana is illegal and dangerous. I loose respect real fast for people like your sister and her friends.

it should always be strange. she shouldnt have to go do some illegal drug to be content with her life. and is always harmful.
