How does Palm Springs stack up as a place to live for someone in thier 20's, is there enough to do there? I am in SF now, but want to move some place warmer on account of health reasons.

I have always liked Palm Springs, but it does get super hot during the summer... It has a fun downtown area and some cool architecture.

I am 52 and would find Palm Springs very limited in having things to do. If you play golf and do that sort of things...then go for it. Check out the Temps for Valencia, simi valley, San Diego , OC

It's true, Palm Springs is probably one of the hottest places near LA, where I live. LA is nice though, for me, since I grew up here. I can't say how it would be for someone who hasn't grown up here. Good luck though, whatever you choose. :o)
