i take ripped fuel and createne that helps. but at the same time u must workout. use a weight that u can do sets of about 20 or so. light weight many repetitions. also running to shed off excess fat on muscles help with the cutness.

Eat lots of protein,work out hard for 2-3 hours every day.Plus there is stuff like hydroxy cut thats really good.Get that at any GNC.

Running with scissors like our mothers told us not two. That is a good way to cut or rip your muscles. It is quite painful. I don't know about doing it two or three ours a day, but hey, who am I to judge.

I guess the first thing to do is decide how sharp you want your scissors to be, and then run with them with a blind fold.

umm i cut myself almost to the bone. technically it was a laceration ( i probly spelled that wrong) but i was in this pool and i slipped and wedged my toe between teh bottom of the pool an this metal grate thing and it tore the skin and muscle and it bled alot and it hurt and i had to get stiches an now i got a nasty scar and it was gnarly. but yup thats one way.
