I don't know what you mean by "between", but definitely, the creative potential and ease of use is on Photoshop.

Corel paint shop pro is much easier to use than photoshop. I've been using it for a while now and am pretty good at it. I'm trying to learn photoshop and I can see that it will be useful if I ever master it, but paint shop pro is so much more obvious...everything you need is right there in the menus.
I guess it would depend on what you're using it for. I use paint shop pro for photo editing and for making banners and other little graphics for my forum. I've never run into anything I needed that it couldn't do, and it also works seamlessly with jasc animation shop.

Corel is cheaper and quite good, and Adobe Photoshop is more enpensive and user friendly. Professionals like the features of Photoshop.

I've used both and they suck compared to xara.com. Go to the site and watch tutorials and you'll see what i mean. Corel and photoshop dont hold a candle to xara. And it's so much cheaper. You can download a free trial (i think its 15 days) and try it for your self. It's so much easier to use. I think there are4 downloads that you can try for free. I like using xara extreme. Awesome software. You'll be impressed. I wouldn't use anything else now that i've tried it. I just happened to stumble upon it while making banner ads for my website. I guess i was just lucky. Try it.
