Well for one thing it's WRITE not RITE or RIGHT. If you don't know how to spell then your report is going to get an "F" no matter what. Having said that, there are a lot of things you could would write about. Pearl Harbor, Iwo Jima, Normandy Invasion (D-Day), Battle of the Bulge, bombing of Nagasaki and Hiroshima. Those, among many many others, are all very important events during that war.

The second world war was started by the axis powers of Germany, Italy, and Japan, I believe in 1936. Germany began hostiliies with it's invasion of Poland. From there it entered other European country's with little or no resistance. In effect Europe folded like a deck of cards.
Two countries that did not fold was England and Russia. Hitler, although he had signed a non aggression pact with Russia decided to attack anyway. This act sealed his fate, because Russia was a formidable enemy who would fight to it's death.
England too, was a determined fighter. In the beginning of WWII, England had very few allies to help them fight the Nazi war machine. !938, 1939, 1940 were tough years for the English. The US was providing the British and Russia with war supplies, food, and other staples, to help them fight off this enemy.
Italy did not prove to be a very effective ally for Germany. There heart wasn't in it, because there own government was run by a dictator, Mussolini, who was not popular amongst the Italian people. Eventually the Italian people took their government back, killed Mussolini and surrendered to the allied forces. This happened after the US had entered the war in Europe, around 1943.
Japan, in concert with Nazi Germany, decided to attack the US at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii in Dec.7, 1941. This was the home of the US Pacific fleet, and the attack caught the US off guard, much the same way as did 9/11. The two axis country's realized that the US could enter the war at any time, that it was best to strike the first blow.
Intially, the US was set back on it's heels, but with a strong industrial complex, was able to recover from that attack, replace the lost ships of Pearl Harber plus many, many more. The call went out in the US for a military draft. Hundreds of thousands were recruited into the military and the US began it's war against both Japan and Germany. The US divided it's forces with half going to Europe and the remaining were left behind to fight the Japanese. Italy was still part of the axis power in Europe, where the British and American forces did have a few engagements against them, but it wasn't very long before they capitulated!
The Germans, who realized that Italy was no longer a help to them was now forced to divide it's forces, most of which were on the eastern front fighting the Russians. Hitler sent large amounts of Germans to the western front, to Europe, to defend against England and the US. For Germany, it was all down hill after that, the Russians had turned the battles in the east to an offensive posture, while the allies, following the Normandy invasion, had the Germans on the run, in the west. Germany's last offensive posture was the Battle of the Bulge, in western Europe. This was a costly battle for both sides, but eventually, the Germans lost there. too! In 1944, Germany surrendered.
In the meantime, the battle in the Pacific was at full steam, however, the island hopping battles against the Japanese were starting to take there toll on this enemy, too. The battle for Saipan was considered a turning point in the war, and once Iwo Jima was won, it was all over but the crying for the Japanese. These were very costly battles for both sides, as was the battle for Okinawa.
By then, the US had developed it's first atomic device. After weighing the cost to invade Japan, the US decided to take the approach of least resistance. It was then that it dropped a A-bomb on Hiroshima. Two days later, when the Japanese still hadn't surrendered, it dropped a second bomb on Nagasaki. This prompted an immediate and unconditional surrender by the Japanese forces!

homework help? hahaha - go do the research yourself. Here's a little hint: There were three theaters of battle in WWII: The Pacific Theater [U.S. Marines + The Flying Tigers + Australian Rangers VS Axis Japan], The European Theater [U.S. Army + British forces + Russian forces + various resistance forces backed by the American OSS (predecessor to the CIA) and the British SOE V.S. Axis Powers Nazi Germany & Fascist Italy], and the North African Theater (U.S. Army + British forces V.S. Nazi Afrika Korps + the occupying neutral French military)
