Well, first off, make sure you guys are at least "involved" before doing something like that. It would be a mess if you just randomly kissed a guy xD. To kiss a guy, just be sure it's what you want. If you're confident enough, and he's ready for the kiss also, all you really have to do is lean in, and pucker up. A first kiss is always a good memory, but there's absolutely no pressure on you to kiss someone just because you're together.

Don't say anything...pucker up and lean in for it. If he wants it, he'll lean in too.
Or you could just ask for a kiss, but that's not my favorite :-)
