Windows server 2003 problem?

Question

I have insalled the windows server 2003, and when it boots it says that :
input signal out of rage
change setting to 1280/1024

and after some time the monior signal will go out.
even I try with safe mood and in that also gives error ? there is no OS other than this.

and in safe mod it shows this error:

windows is running in safe mode
this special diagnostic mofe of woindows enables you to fix a problem which may be caused by your network or hardware settings make usre thers settings are correct in control panel and then try starting windows again

Get a larger monitor and connect it. Then change the display settings to 1280x1024 or lower.

You may also be able to connect via Remote Desktop (from an XP machine, run the following command:

mstsc /v: /console

Then you can install VNC. With VNC installed, you can then connect via VNC and change the screen resolution (you can't do that with Remote Desktop because the Remote Desktop feature has it's own resolution).
