Never Gymless and Infinite Intensity are good fitness books which give you low-tech, no-nonsense ways to get into good physical shape. The main difference between Never Gymless and Infinite Intensity is that Never Gymless mainly focuses on bodyweight only exercises or exercises that use very little equipment and Infinite Intensity encompasses different exercises, whether it is bodyweight only, with weights, or with odd objects like sandbags. Never Gymless also has a chapter on nutrition which discusses ways to obtain organic foods, and what the food industry is doing for the almighty dollar (stuff that SDAs are familiar with). They both explain about sports science in reference to exercising. For example, the different types of strengths (max strength, explosive strength, strength endurance, starting strength and reactive strength), and the exercises that will enhance each strength quality. Both books are great, but if you are more into weights, you can pick Infinite Intensity, if you are more into bodyweight only exercise then you can pick Never Gymless.
