take boneless./skinless chiken breasts and pound them to about 3/8 inch. dredge in flour mixed with salt pepper and a little oregano. Fry these in one tbsp of olive oil and one tbsp of butter. While these are cooking chop two cloves of garlic and saute in olive oil in a pan when cooked put in one can of drained cut green beans and cook until heated. Chicken frys in a couple minutes. whole meal should take about 20 minutes.

it takes long to cook but just a little time to prepare

Slow Cooker Stuffed Peppers
1 REMOVE tops, core and seeds of 4 peppers. Mix together 1/2 lb, uncooked ground pork, 1 cup Bull's Eye Barbecue Sauce and 1 cup each uncooked Minute Rice, frozen peas and Kraft Tex Mex Shredded Cheese.
2 FILL peppers with meat mixture. Top with a handful additional cheese.
3 POUR 1/2 cup each barbecue sauce and water into slow cooker. Stand stuffed peppers upright and cover. Cook on LOW for 5 to 7 hours (or HIGH for 2-1/2 to 3-1/2 hours).


Quick Chicken Teriyaki
Prep: 10 min
Ready In: 30 min
Serves: 4

1/4 cup KRAFT CALORIE-WISE Zesty Italian Dressing
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
1-1/3 cups water
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 cups frozen broccoli florets
1-1/2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
HEAT dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 5 to 7 min. or until cooked through.
ADD water, teriyaki sauce and garlic powder; stir. Bring to boil.
STIR in broccoli and rice; cover. Cook on low heat 5 min. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 min. Fluff with fork.

Substitute
Try adding frozen stir-fry style mixed vegetables instead of the broccoli.

Casseroles are quick and easy. I know someone who buys the beef that is already cooked (like meatballs) and will precook his chicken too. That is most of your cooking time done. YUM!
Balsamic Chicken Salad!
1.5 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced 1/4 in. thick pieces
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 sprigs rosemary
1 clove garlic
1/8 cup olive oil
Salt/Pepper
Lettuce/ Salad stuff (Spinach works well!)
Balsamic dressing of choice (i like Newman's)
1 lemon

1. Take zip lock bag and load breasts in to it, dump balsamic vinegar, rosemary, crushed garlic clove and oil in to bag with chicken, coat breasts.
2. Let sit for 30 min-2 hours.
3. Heat Grill pan.
4. Make salad
5. Take chicken from bag and grill till done.
6. Let rest for 2 min. Slice and top salad! Enjoy! Sprinkle with lemon juice for an extra punch!

Stir fries are good and healthy.You can make your own variations.Casseroles with chicken and beef are good because you can freeze them and just heat them up,
