Hi,

When I was your age, I was about your height. I am now 6' 2 1/2". It will all happen normally.

I workout on the urban rebounder, gives me a total body down to the cellular level. What the astronauts use.

See the one I use at:

Enjoy,

If you are a girl, most likely, you won't be growing anymore in height - though there is still a chance you may. If you are a boy, then you have another 5 years before you stop growing - but you may or may not grow anymore. Look at the heights of your relatives on both sides of your family who share the same gender as you. If possible, ask them what ages during puberty they noticed their growth spurts. If there is a pattern, chances are you'll vaguely follow the same track. All advice I can give you is to eat right, get your proper sleep (~8 - 9 hours/day for your age), take your multivitamin everyday - Centrum is great for this, and Zinc supplements promote proper growth in your bone structure.

Contrary to the previous post, genetics are the deciding role in how tall you're going to be. There aren't get tall pills or anything like that. You seemed to have been pretty active, and probably still are compared to most, and a reasonable diet without enough nutrients will make you as tall as you'll be getting more or less. Especially at such a late age, there's not much to be done.

Height just happens, as long as you have enough minerals. If you're a girl, you probably won't get much taller, though you might gain half an inch as you enter your twenties. If you're a guy, you could have a few more inches ahead of you.
