There's a medical condition known as tinnitus, with the main symptom being an almost-constant ringing in your ears. If yours is pretty steady, you might have that, or, if it comes and goes, you might have a mild version, as I do. As far as I know, there's no real risk or anything....it's just a mild annoyance. I barely even notice mine anymore.

If this has been going on for some time, the likely condition is tinitus. I have had it for many years. It could be the result of a specific desease called Menere's Desease or simply a problem with the inner ear. You may experience some dizziness also and it can get worse. Other things may be at the cause also so I would recommend that you see a specialist in ear problems.

Ringing in your ears can be caused by various things. You can develop tinnitus from prolonged exposure to loud sounds, not just music but loud machinery can do it as well. Too high of a concentration of certain medications can cause ringing in your ears. A simple infection or build up of wax. Whatever the cause if it's constant you should get it checked by a doctor. Tinnitus in extreme cases can truly take over a person's life making it next to impossible to concentrate. Your hearing, like your eyesight is something that should be checked regularly and not taken for granted. If you lose it, it could gone forever.

It could be lots of wax in your ears or tinnitus which is a condition which causes ringing or noises in the ears.

Its a rining in your ear right? I have it too and it sucks, i think as long as it doesnt effect too bad, just live with it, if it is bad contact a doctor. it is not unhealthy, just not comfortable

it cud be an infection on ure ear drum... tht really makes u go mad.. u must see ure doctor immediately before it gets worse...

due to this problem, I got F in my accounting paper coz I cudnt concentrate. :@:@
