what if my case have been denied after applying a reentry but have already left the country?

If you mean that you have a green card, applied for a re-entry permit, then left the US and later found out that the re-entry permit was denied, you will have to return to the US in less than one year. If you stay out longer, you will lose your residency. Look at this page where it says, "maintaining permanent residence"
