if my green card category is as6?

If my green card category is as6 can I go visit my home country for 3 weeks and come back home to united state?

You were given asylum in the US because you claimed that you were afraid to go home.

But now that you have a green card, yes you can travel back to that terrible place you fled from and then re-enter the US as long as you have a valid passport or other travel document, and your AS6 green card.
