Most girls like excitement and adventure, so they go for the bad boys anyways. At least, thats what I would do. Sometimes many of us don't like to think about the reality of what it will turn out like in the end. You could probably think about it like jumping into a shark tank with a bucket of fish. ;D Some girls are foolish enough to think that they can tame them like in Grease or something. I suppose it's possible, but highly unlikely. Anyways, no worries. Everything will work itself out in the end.

I think its coz they think they can "tame the beast" like you say. Apart from that,the confidence,carefree attitude and living-on-the-edge behaviour of the bad boys is generally very appealing to girls,specially the good girls...who generally go 'by the book'.Its very unusual to them and gives a rush like no other! Needless to say...they end up heart broken!

Why do men always assume every woman likes the bad boy type? Well guess what not all woman do. I love the nice guys infact my bf is a really sweet guy and a nerd but thats what I love about him he's smart and really sweet. Do tell why is it the nice guys always look at the girls who like the bad boys? Maybe if you look around you'll see more girls are actualy looking at you than you think.

I'm obviously not a girl but here is my opinion. They don't want there to be any chance of it developing into any sort of serious or long term relationship because they aren't ready for that or don't want it. If they're dating a jerk then there is little or no chance that anything like that could come of it.

I think its the challenge that they like..to make bad boys fall for them. And sometimes bad boys looks macho.
But hey..not all.
I dont like bad boys at all..i like nice boys. always!

Because they do not feel worthy of men who will treat them with respect, honesty and sincere caring. If they meet men of this kind, they usually brush them off.
