How come guys can get over a 2 yr relationship so quickly? And what makes a guy change his mind about being in a relationship and suddenly wanting to be single even tho he swears he loves me and he really was a great guy, he seemed to just change overnight after he stayed at his parents place. I am absolutely heartbroken!

He would not have anyone else lined up cause he is def not that type of guy and dont think im kidding myself saying that cause he doesnt **** around and is pretty shy when it comes to girls so he dont have anyone else

I doubt he changed his feelings overnight, he probably was feeling like he wanted out a long time ago. Instead of talking with you about how he was feeling and trying to work on the relationship he kept his feelings hidden.
I understand you are heartbroken, but time will heal your hurt, and one day you'll feel better and you'll go out and meet somebody wonderful.
Use this time to focus on yourself. Go get your nails done, take some girlfriends to see a movie....do something to take your mind off of him for awhile.

Well hun I am a guy and I really can't answer that because I was with a girl for 3 years and she just all of a sudden didn't want to be with me anymore. This is just a guess but if it was sudden it was one of two things. One he had been feeling this way for a while but he didn't know how to tell you or two, he wants his space and wants a chance to live the single life. But I know from experience what you are going through. I am still dealing with it now. I have always been told that it takes time so a wish y0u the best.

hey. i'm a guy and i don't get over breakups easy at all... unless it was someone i just didn't really love at all. if a guy wants to be single, just let him go, there's nothing you can do. maybe he loves you as a person but is not "in love" with you.
