It really varies from family to family. Not all families treat their other members bad. This may happen in one person's, but it does not happen in another's.
It could be due to money pressures. For example, a boy's mother makes him do what he does not want to do(such as studying something he feels he does not want or need to study).
She could break his tolerance point and he would take her as being bad to him. She does this by screaming at him and punishing him. It's due to money issues. The mother is running low on cash to support the family and has too much stress so she lets out her stress on her son. She wants him to do well in life, hence make him study, not to be bad cause she hates him.
Other family members(besides parents) may do bad things to the boy because they care for him. They do bad things to do the good thing. Maybe to make them stronger and tougher as a person instead of a needy child. Many people have different views on this matter.

Because you are suppossed to love your family members unconditionally. None of us can pick our relatives and there is alway going to be at least one person in our family that we would not want a relative if we have a choice, but because they are out relative we have to try to get along with them.
Family members see you as your really are and you them as your guard is down and not on the best or better behavior that is shown to the outside world.
That being said, even with the family members, you have the right to draw the line at abusive, using and disrespectful behavior from them.

The saying keep your family and friends close but your enemies closer is very true, and I learned that early in life. My parents have been using me and making money off of me for a long time. They treat you bad because they know that sometimes they can get away with it.

because family's are not like they need to be which is praying family's and its just in some of their natures because they dont have a connection with God

Jealousy. Maybe it makes them feel better to hurt others. Maybe they are so rude that they don't realize how much their words and actions are hurting you.
