not really, but um u should still eat you're veggies :D once you're born, theres really no way of changing how tall you'll end up being.

Doing jumping jacks... skipping rope... or eating bean sprouts and long beans might help :p

(Take that with a pinch of salt will ya.. pun intended!!)

Ok seriously, and genetically.. once your body has triggered a certain set of genes and continue to grow, it'll stay on that path and ignore the ones which did not get triggered. Even tho if your grandparents have tall genes.. they may not be dominant when your parents' genes got together to form your beautiful self :)

Come on.. don't get too worked up about height... the weather isn't so different up there. And shoe sizes may not come easily :D

You will likely be a little taller than your parents, because in general, children these days get more of the nutrients they need. There are a number of factors concerning your height, and it is certainly possible for you to become 5'10" like your grandfather.

The best advice I can give you is to not worry about your height. Control what you can control (eating healthy) and let the rest run its course. You will be a lot happier in life if you don't worry about the things you can't control.

Ummm... ok so in the experience that your for severe and under no circumstances dinking round then i'd say that you fairly favor to bypass to the health care professional. No 16 year old must be wetting the mattress. I also won't be able to imagine a mom having the flexibility to "make" her 16 year old son placed on diapers if he did not favor to... So both you're making it up or you're into some fairly freaky stuff.

My mom's 4'11, and my dad's about 5'7. I grew to be 5'5.

You may, very well, end up taller than your parents, once you're done growing. At least taller than your mom anyway, I'm assuming you're a girl as well.

5'10 is pushing it, but genetics can do that sometimes. So just wait and see. Remeber to eat right!

Being tall does not always have to do with the genes.

My folks were 5feet 9 and f feet 8, and I turned out to be only 60 inches tall. There MUST be other factors involved other than *just genes*..there must! lol

Good Luck, hunny!

OMG! thats just like me i wanted to be 5 foot 10 and sometimes still do. im 5 feet 7 just like my dad (put im 5'11 in heels) my mum is only 5 feet tall.
you could possibly grow a bit taller, but it really depends on your age now and how tall you are, and so how much potential you have for growing taller later on.

but yes a healthy well balanced nutritional diet and milk because of its nutritional content and value really does help, take vitamins and also try regular light exercise with plenty of stretches.

milk and its nutritional contents are very valuable for women through out their life because once we meet our peak height during our early twenties our height will really slowly start to decrease from our mid thirties, also many older women suffer from fragile bone thinning diseases such as osteoporosis and arthritis, dairy products, especially milk are way more important for women than men because they dont suffer from these bones diseases as much as women in their later age, also the amount of dairy intake for women is much more beneficial and higher over long term.

Height is often an attractive thing. But there are hundreds of aspects which make people attractive. Just try and be the best version of yourself in your own terms. If you can do that people won't consider your height for a second.

Forget the physical 'tall' and focus on your spiritual side! I know plenty of physically tall people who are so small inside! and there are many tiny people who are just dynamite aren't there? Hold your shoulders back, your head high and develop a tall spirit - then you can't lose whether you grow physically or not.
