Check your phone book, in the front there is a section on "services & options". I think here it's *57 (?) that 'traces' the last incoming call. You are not given the #, but the phone company records it. After 3 of these calls, you have the option to press charges. As for the vandalism, you might want to consider installing a security camera hooked up to a VCR. They're not that expensive anymore, and pretty easy to set up. The PD can explain how to get a restraining order, keeping him away from you and your home and/or business, if you feel you need to go that far. How about a sweet phone call to his mom, informing her, even anonymously, what her little darling has been up to?

You can file a harassment charge against him. I would change my cell phone number, as well. Do you have pictures of what he did to your car? Because you could also file for a restraining order. If you aren't worried for your safety then just change your number. If things escalate, I would involve the authorities.

I"ve had many experiences like that....
I wouldnt bother with calling the police all they can do is file a report if that. In general the police dont bother with situations like that anyways.
The best thing to do is ignore that person or act like his actions dont bother you. And eventually he will move on.

Sure.. its harrassment, and stalking in a way. Call the police and see what can be done. If he has damaged your car, thats destruction of property, or vandalism. If nothing else, call his parents, or just tell him that if he doesn't stop, you will beat him senseless.

yep it's harrassment. Call the cops. You can have a restraining order drawn up and he won't be allowed to call or get near you...and if he does, then he will get arrested.

Maybe you can get a restraining order, or get his phone number blocked.

Why involve the police is there any money or food in it for them? If not they are not gonna bother with it. Just handle it yourself , I mean,,,, why wake the security guard?
