more so...most of the nutrients are found in the stalks, not so much in the "flowerets". Cook the same, ( I prefer steamed) with a little butter spray and some garlic or onion, even some grated cheese (parmesan or cheddar).

It's the same with the potato, most of the nutrients are found in the skin, not the actual potato inside...apples too.
