Before I had first hand experience with them I was generally against them. I believed all the rumours about them not feeling real. I told my wife the same thing your boyfriend is telling you, that I loved her no matter what.
However, now that I have actually had opportunities to see them up close and touch them, I think they are great. They feel very natural, and they look fantastic.
That being said there are risks with any surgery. My wife and I went through everything together carefully studying who was best for this procedure, and what was right for her, which made it easier for both of us. As long as you do your homework when choosing a doctor, and go in with as much knowledge as possible, you should be okay.
It seems that you are putting a lot of thought into this, so you appear to be off on the right foot.

Generally, I'm against it because a lot of woman seem to get implants that are just a bit too big and they don't look quite right. I'd be scared that the doctor may mess it up somehow and end up making the situation worse. I couldn't live with that especially since I wouldn't have the money to pay for them to fix it and try to get it right. To be totally honest, I think some people benefit from it because no matter what they do, they always seem to have some degree of low self esteem. Surgery shouldn't be the way to deal with that but sometimes it's the only thing that helps. If it really bothers you, you've thought about it every single day for years and you feel you can't ever be happy without trying it then I suppose you should go for it.
I've wanted a nose job since I was 13. I've thought about it every day for 15 years and I will eventually have one. Right now, I'm still too scared to go through with it but I think that someday I will be ready. I know I shouldn't 'hate' my nose but I'm really unable to get over it. Surgery is the only thing that will make me stop obsessing but I keep putting it off because it still seems too risky. Good luck if you go through with it!

Don't do it.. I have dated with them before.. its really not that great and if you are doing it for maybe the way your clothes fit or some other reason like that then its ok as long as its for you ..But actually you were born that way .and if you are scared you might not feel that great about it after.. a million reasons to do and not to do ..its for you to decide that you want to do.. think about it long and hard.I have seen flat chested women that just ruined the way the look with that.. Just think about it .. alot before you act..

Breast Implants surgery is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Forerunners Healthcare .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.
Forerunners Healthcare is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

Hope this helps.

you should write down all the good things about getting it done and all the bad things because only you know deep down how you feel about them. If the good is more go for it if the bad is more don't do it

You are wise to be cautious. Often times people have surgery for the wrong reasons and from what your other post says, there are more pressing issues in your life.

They'll never be natural. If you have small boobs then be satisfied. It helps you to look slim. If you have no boobs, then get a boob job.

they only last a max of ten years then they go flat and you have to do it again, it costs thousands of dollars, just the anathesia can kill you, they can be identified as fake a block away, dont waste your money, possibly your health and life.
