Ask an artist to design one for you. It's a violation of copyright law (and creative ethics) if you take a design created by one artist, and have another artist (the tattoo artist, in this case) be paid to tattoo it on your body. It's the same thing as reproducing that artwork in a book--the person who originally created it isn't getting a dime for the reproduction of their work.
Many tattoo artists are quite happy to design your tattoo for you, even if you just give them a really basic idea of what you want. Just please, don't rip a design out of a book and have it inked on your skin--I say this as both an artist, and a person with tattoos representative of my spirituality on my skin.

Try searching online using temporary tattoos as the key word(s). They have some great designs... You could then have a stencil made and tattoo design from a temp. tattoo.

Go to Border's or Barnes & Noble. They usually have books with stuff like this over in the art section.

why would you want to mess up your body permanently , just to make a statement (in rebelion), that no one except yourself will ever appreciate? please think about this...you will SO regret it later on...that being said, the type of tatts you want, will label you forever....you might as well just go ahead, and do a 666 across your forehead...please reconsider..
