It drags all summer, and it sucks that you have to goto school when everyone else is off. So better pay attention next year!!!

Summer school can be a great time of meeting people you ordinarily don't meet and experiences you normally don't have. It is not a drag and awful at all unless you personally want to make it that way. Lots of people find that summer school fills in time really well. You don't miss any of the big activities, still have plenty of time to do the things you really want.

I encourage you to look at this as a positive experience. For some reason you failed the class... learn from that experience. Invest yourself in really learning. Don't drag your heels, don't spend time complaining, don't tell people how awful it is.

Try to be a leader. Invest yourself in a study group with others. Watch for people who are stuggling because they just cannot understand the class even if they try and help them. Use this time to gain new friends and influence them down the right path. This may be the best adventure of the entire year.

It's only as bad as you make it. If you think it's going to be miserable than it will be miserable. But if you think about it positively and embrace knowledge than you will have a good time. Science can be a ton of fun--trust me!

And don't worry...in 9th grade I failed a quarter of earth science, and last summer I graduated from college with a Chemistry degree.

Um it relies upon if first if the instructor chooses summer season college then that is that, yet once you do fail the class and the instructor needs you to redo that class you will the two A: bypass to summer season college or B: initiate that class over interior the subsequent year. So in case your instructor does not prefer to hold you returned or make you bypass returned then you rather've not something to rigidity approximately. yet in highschool that's hard simply by fact remember you opt for your particular quantity of credit to bypass.

Summer school is generally taught at an acclerated rate, usually 6 weeks. Class time is longer because it is a semester class taught in less time than a semester...2x10 weeks.

Pay attention and do the work to pass. You have fewer assignments to do but less time to do them.

How bad was regular school? Consider that and multiply it by 3. That's how bad it is.
