Why would you use Adobe flash 8 to burn a music track unless it's embedded in the flash document? You should using the inbuilt burning software if you have windows XP or something like Nero Burning to burn data to CD or DVD. You may need to rip the audio from the flash document to separate from flash animations if any. You can supply more information if you want a more detailed explanation of what's required. Good luck!

you can download by download manager software
like 'internet download acelator' or free download manager
chose that music in mp3 or other format pn webpage
then choose : download, or save as
then choose folder where you want to save
to burn you can use nero expres
and you can choose that option for burn to play in cd player or mp3
