ok i hung out with this guy and i REALLY like him and we always see eachother but we dont go to school together. He told his friends that he liked me and he knows i like him but hes not to confident that ill say yeahh or im sure i want to ... but i am ! but i dont like asking guys out ive always liked it better when they ask me out ..... it just seems funnier and crazier and ughh just better ..... where after you can just run of to your girl friends and be like " omg he asked me out!!!!!! " but i dont know how to let him know without it being to wierd ....

You can't make a person do anything---and the network approach may help if you friends are willing to carry a bit of a hint to him---but don't let it turn into a 12 year old crush with giggly girls and note passing going on. If you were to just make a concentrated effort to appear approachable and available, he may get the hint on his own. Guys and girls reach this level at different times---he may be a bit nervous or unsure of himself---why not make it easy and just agree to coffee and see where it goes---nothing wrong with that---if he doesn't call for an appropriate date--get moving--forget about it. This goes on all over the world...learn how to handle it. Good luck and have a nice life.

If you are both interested it will work out. Try talking to him alone and send out signals that you are interested. Try to build up his confidence, by complimenting him, maybe he is a bit shy. Let him ask you out. it will make for a better relationship in the long run.

does he know if you know that he likes you? maybe he doesn't, thats why he's not confident enough to ask you out. so why don't you guys first talk normally about what you usually talk about, then you can ask him if he likes you, and if he says yea and asks you.. you can say yes!

just go on aim and invite a bunch of friends to go out like going out to watch a movie. especially invite the guy you like. but you should be the one asking. then he might ask you out another day. so yeah. good luck :D
