She was slow answering my sms and she said her friends came to make her a party , they came at 4 PM and stayed till 11 PM.
I had aranged a very special day and night and even spent money for that and she knows .
What confuses my that before I invited her she gave me a long kiss twice out of nothing because she knows I like her .
and I was going to ask her to be my girlfriend on that day .
so what do you think ?

She ditched you and that wasnt right of her especially since she knows that you went out of your way to plan everything. Dont take it to the heart though it was her birthday and $hit happens. Tell her how you feel and move on with or without her.

I think you're young because asking someone to be your significant other is always going to be weird. That's just something that will come about or come up naturally if you're spending time with someone in an intimate way often enough.
I also think that if someone genuinely likes you, then there's not much that can stop them from spending time with you, especially if they make no attempt to reschedule for another time or fail to inform you that their plans have changed. Making a phone call or sending a text isn't particularly difficult.
Sometimes a kiss is just a kiss, and sometimes a person's attraction to you is based solely on the fact that they like that you like them.

I think that she is terribly rude and tacky. If she knew you had made plans for that day (which she had accepted), she should have never agreed to whatever activities her friends had decided. She should have told them that she had a prior commitment. Forget her, you don't need a girlfriend with no more manners than a common garden slug.

sorry but I think she is not interested in you the same way. What she did was rude and immature.She's not the only girl around.I'm sure you will find your special someone.She is not worth your time or affection, please move on and don't give her the opportunity to hurt you again

dont' sweat it bro.. it was "HER" b-day ... sure u had plans and all, but if her friends surprised her with a party im pretty sure she wouldn't ditch them if she was a good friend ..but just let her know wut u had planned and let her know that ur still gonna take her out for an after-bday thing just the two of u... thn just do ur thing and good luck !
