There is a tool in the program that copys from one pic and puts it onto another one. I think its called stamp tool but i could be wrong. But any way, i really like this tool, and i used it the most when i had the program. Its almost all i used. but now for many resons i don't have it any more, and i can't pay about 500-600 for a new one. So does any one know of a program that has this tool. For free and a lot cheeper?

Download and install "The Gimp", it has the tool your described and everything else under the sun.

I think that between free programs, the program more similar to Photoshop is PaintNet and it has the Clone Stamp that you mention.
It supports layers, unlimited undo, special effects, and a wide variety of useful tools. You can download it here:

Yup its called the "Stamp" tool...cool tool in Photoshop...Hush..Hush..you know you can just download Photoshop from a Torrent site such as http://www.torrentspy.com and be done with it...You will have to get a BitTorent client installed first to get it...try http://www.bitcomet.com ... Once that client is installed just go to torrent spy and search for photoshop and download the torrent file...then BitComet will just start the download and the way you go...
