Just wondering... what do you guys think? Any people who've had it done?

Before I had first hand experience with them I was generally against them. I believed all the rumours about them not feeling real. However, now that I have actually had opportunities to see them up close and touch them, I think they are great. They feel very natural, and they look fantastic.

Also, men have unrealistic expectations, and are often hypocritical with regard to implants. They will say they only want a woman to have natural breasts, but when given the choice to view a woman with natural yet sagging breasts or Pamela Anderson, what will they look at?

I have breast implants. I didn't have any boobs to begin with and was always self-concious in clothes - they never fit right! I do like the way I look in clothes now but I wish my breasts looked and felt more natural. I went to a small c-cup and I don't think it's overdone but my nipples sort of point in different directions now! haha. I wish I would have waited until I had all of the babies I was planning on because even though they say it's alright to breastfeed i just dont feel okay with that. I did lose sensitivity a bit but i guess there are pros and cons to anything.

From a guy's perspective... implants might be nice to look at, I won't lie, but I've had a girlfriend with them and I have to say that they feel weird. I prefer the real thing... even if they're on the small side. I actually prefer small to medium. Large A-B cup. Most men don't really care. I prefer natural over fake anyday. I also have found that most of the women that I have dated who are that consumed with their looks/bodies and who have undergone plastic surgeries tend to be VERY insecure. I think plastic surgery for them is like putting a band-aid on a gushing wound... it doesn't do much. These women seem to need the constant stares of men (that they probably wouldn't want to date because they're shallow men) in order to feel good about themselves. The issues are deeper than just their breasts I find. But do what you want! If it's attention you're looking for (and not necessarily positive attention) than go for it.

I don't like how they look, personally. I prefer natural all the way around. Natural is sexy. Being confident in who you are is sexy.

My best friend had breast aug done and she had complications. She still cannot afford to have it fixed. The muscle pockets tore and one of her implants slides into the center of her chest if she's lying on her side. She has obvious 'rippling' in the other and she permanently lost sensitivity/sensation in her left nipple. I think it's scary. They look good in clothes... but, honestly, I think they look quite odd and somewhat gross when she's nude. She regrets having it done... but she doesn't want to have to go through the pain of having them removed... right now.

It's a personal choice... but remember that the complications are real and they happen quite often. I have another friend who had capsular contraction twice and after the second corrective surgery she has a tingling sensation at the incision site that hasn't gone away in 2 years!!

Breast Implants surgery is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Forerunners Healthcare .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.

Forerunners Healthcare is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

Hope this helps.

If you want to do it, dont be like the rest of the bitches who give a foul look to anyone because they aren't paying attention to my personality but my boobs. People will look, just dont be too surprised, if you can safely afford them yes but risking something financially, no.

I wouldnt do it. There's always the risk of complications, and you can always tell when people have fake ones. They tend to make people look cheap. Just stick to what you've got.

No, it's dangerous. High risk of breast cancer.

Get it only if you don't want to live long and are unafraid to physical suffering.

I think they make a woman look insecure and cheap. anyone who's willing to go under the knife and have plastic bags shoved in their chest muscles needs therapy... not a boob job.
