If you have a pull-up bar you can do Hanging leg lifts, sit ups are also good, and crunches with your legs on a chair or couch. As for diet a High Protien - Low Carb Diet is Mandatory !! Stay away from sugars that turn on insulin and promote fat storage !! And get lots of water.

What you eat doesn't matter. As long as you are eating healthy. No food is going to put weight on a specific part of the body.

If you want fabulous abs, you should do many ab exercises daily or every other day and work each section of abs - top, bottom, obliques, etc.

Pilates will also do wonders for that area. Get a DVD.

I once knew a girl with amazing abs and she did 600 total reps of various ab exercises daily.

Good luck. :)
