I would highly suggest you consult your doctor. I think frequent urination can be the sign of something serious. Even diabetes (which I don't really suspect if you are a vegan, but you never know.)
This the "when to see a doctor" list from Medline Plus:
1. You have urinary frequency or urgency, but you are not pregnant and you are not drinking excessive amounts of fluid.
2. You have incontinence or have altered your lifestyle because of your symptoms.
3. You have bloody or cloudy urine.
4. There is a discharge from the penis or vagina.
Good Luck!

No it isn't bad per se, it does mean your liver is working harder than usual, which isn't cause for alarm unless you are getting very drunk all the time (4-5+ nights a week) over a long period of time(years). Most people pee a lot when they drink.

UTI isnt to do with your personal hygine really but it sounds like you need to go to your doctor again and speak to them - its hard to say what it sould be without knowing lots more things about you and medical stuff.... jsut see your gp again and dont be embarrassed - with a history of uti's you need to get checked out incase there is a more serious underliying cause

You might be dehydrated if you end up having to urinate a lot and yet you haven't really drunk a lot. It's weird how the body ends up doing that. Drink more water.

You could just be having bladder spasms, and sodas, even a few sips will set it off, same with coffee, your bladder always has some sort of fluid in it,so it will come out even you hardly drink too,its healthy if its clear thats why I think its spasms, like a muscle spasm, but in your bladder.
