if he's got a kennel and a rug inside, then he's fine. if he's simply raoms around in the garden then put him inside the house but have him go out every morning so that he can poop

In my opinion, dogs should never be forced to be outside all the time anyway. If you can't allow the dog into your house as part of the family, you shouldn't have a dog. Of course you should bring the dog in if it's freezing outside.

Yes, you should do so at once. I hope you are joking. Never leave your dog out in very cold weather. Would you like to be stuck outside? The dog doesn't want to be either. Bring him in now.

Yes, even if the dog has a good doghouse (properly sized), they should come in if it is below freezing (32 degrees) outside.

Not to be a dick, but come on! If you were outside wouldn't you want to come in? Dog's are tougher then people think. Regardless of the breed of dog, Pitt-bull or Tea cup poddle, any animal should be in the house hot or cold. ,Dogs feel pain just like us.

Yes. Some dogs can do OK in the cold, but always be on the safe side and do what you can to prevent anything happening.
