Windows and Macintoshes are two different kinds of computers. Essentially, you just asked how to change your Ford into a Ferrari. Can't be done. You just have to go out and buy a Mac.

You will have to purchase a new Mac. Currently, there is no version of the Mac operating system (OSX) that will install on a standard PC. The bonus though is that you will still be able to run windows and all your previous files on your new hardware. You have two options for running a windows OS - Bootcamp (free) or Parallels (~$79). Just remember that your PC OS can still get viruses and spyware...

im afraid you cant convert a pc to run mac software, you will have to buy a new mac, happily you can run windows software on a mac with bootcamp, in short you will have to buy a mac
