do the weight watchers diet. it's not as fast as some fads but it actually works. it gives long term results.
if you want a diet where you will probably gain all the weight back as soon as you stop it, maybe try the cabbage soup diet.

teens should not be worrying about their weight because it can make u sick just eat healthier and get more exercise just be a healthy weight
