Are the things like dried strawberries in our cereal worth anything nutritionally?

They're worth as much as regular fruit. The only thing lost is water which you can easily find in...water!

They have the same nutritional benefits as the regular fruit. Some of the vitamins are gone, but not many/much.

quite, dried fruit does no longer in many cases have greater sugar. while it quite is dried/dehydrated, the fruit rises to the exterior and crystalizes. yet, that's often greater healthy to consume clean fruit, considering that not one of the supplements have been cooked/dried out of them

Yes they are, they might lose a little bit of their value but not much. I have a food dryer and I love it, make alot of my own snacks, great for all year round.. my favs are banana chips and watermelon and dried apricots

yup,,, preferably,,, i'm totally energized when eating dried fruits because,, the vitamins were totally sealed inside it
