i went out with this girl for 5 months. i sort of got bored and annoyed of seeing her everyday. she probably knew it because of my actions. now i want to get back with her, how can i make this possible?

Reconsider what you want. Obviously something about her made you feel that way the first time around. Do you want to risk winning her back just so you can dump her again over the same reasons?
You need to first understand your needs before you put someone back in a vulnerable position.

Why do you want her back if she just annoyed you and was boring? Its like you're asking for drama. Leave the poor girl alone and find someone else who can keep your interest.

Tell her calmly that you miss her and that your just needed a breather then hence u took a time out.
