Maybe eating a good diet of yummy foods with lots of vitamins in them can help eyes? I've always heard that carrots are eye food. Fish is brain food. Tomatoes are cancer fighting food.etc.etc.
All foods have some sort of vitamins in them that can fight off some diseases. The trick is to find out which food helps for which ailment and use it as a healthy way of life.

Myopia is not cured by looking at green. It is corrected only by glasses,contact lens are if minimum hopefully through laser.

Try a local herbalist. Dont' buy herbals at walmart or CVS, etc. Go see the real deal.
