I don't think a Puggle is a good first dog! Unless money isn't an issue! Pugs have lots of health issues! They need lots of medication and visits to the vets office! For hip problems and eye and the wrinkles in their faces get infected! Try just a Beagle they are great first dogs! But if you do decide on getting one anyway, like with any dog! Give them love, attention, exersice, dicpline. I also suggest if you are getting a puppy, to either get a doggy door or puppy training pads a crate and a soft bed! Getting a couple child saftey gates to section off areas to potty train in is good too! Hope it all works out!

first know that a puggle is not an actual breed of dog. it is a mix between a beagle and a pug. do not get this dog from a petstore or a breeder advertising this so called breed. these people are just making a buck on the new fad of dogs, and care nothing about the health and temperment of the dogs they sell. you will end up with nothing but heartache. you can find pug mixes and beagle mixes in shelters across the country. what you need to start with is contact your local vet and ask on prices of vaccines, exams and spay or neuter of a smaller dog. if you can afford this continue on......
next price shop the cost for a crate, toys, premuim food, leash, collar, bowls, etc....if you can afford this continue on.........
next do you have the time to devote to housebreaking, socializing and training this dog. and exercising this dog by walking it at least twice daily. if you do then continue on..........
can you afford a training class, are you prepared to caring for this dog for the next 12-17 years? if you have made it to this point and your answer here is yes then congrats you might be ready for a dog. to make sure when you visit the shelter or humane society to adopt your mixed breed pal, let them guide you to the perfect pet. good luck.

Just like any other dog. Provide lots of love, food and water and some space outside.

Precisely the same as any other MUTT/MONGREL!!
NOT a "breed"! Just a nasty MUTT w/a really stupid label stuck on it by CROOKS to SCAM the gullible!
DON'T DO IT!
If you only want a MUTT/MONGREL,go to the pound. They're cheaper.

Uh, before getting a dog, I would recommend research on what type of dog would be good for your lifestyle.
