Tomato juice after the last drink. Alka Seltzer when you get home. Throw up if you need to and then in the morning a little hair of the dog (drink a little of what you had the night before to get over the jerkiness). Tylenol and a good ice bag if it's really bad and if you must overdo, drink gin. It's the best deal since chances are you won't have a hang over. Those are my friends ideas.

What I do and it always works is I take my favorite jello mix and put it in a 16 ounce glass of water. Very sweet. Sickening so, but drink it anyway. The gelatin will coat your stomach. Then, have two tylenol.

BEST: Bottle of water and 2 advil before bed.

A hangover is dehyradtion because alcohol inhibits ADH (Hormone that keeps liquid in your body) Hence, you pee a lot. This does not allow enough water to be absored into your body and you get hung over. Drink water before bed. Advil is just for a potential headache.

PST: I have heard that 1-2 hits of a bowl works well for the next morning

you will need a bottle of V8 juice, 2 goody or BC powders and a bud light.

Drink about 1/3 of the V8, add the powders and fill the rest with bud light. Shake and enjoy. (try to drink it all at one time) keyword Try

Plus the night before, drink as much water as you can stand before passing out. Drinking dehydrates you and while you sleep, the water will already start fighting the hangover.

So now go out, party and have fun.

the reason a hangover occurs is because of dehydration. Best medicine for that would be water, as much as you can handle, just before bed. If water would be the last thing you would want to drink at 3a.m., try mixing in 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1 teaspoon of salt, or drink Gatorade.

drink half a glass of water between drinks. half the reason hangovers are so bad is because you are dehydrated. DO NOT TAKE ASPIRIN! it can make things worse by thinning out your blood and allowing more alcohol to affect your system; if you've had a LOT to drink it can even help to kill you. if you must take pain meds take Tylenol or it's generic equivalent acetaminophen.

aldo, dont try drinking coffee as caffine makes it worse, not better

Rest and RE-HYDRATE -- Give yourself time to recover, and drink bland liquids, such as water, soda, fruit juices or broth. I think lots of water is the best thing to drink.

Use over-the-counter pain medication -- Acetaminophen or nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDS), such as aspirin and ibuprofen, may help relieve your headache. However, they're not risk-free. NSAIDS, when combined with alcohol, may irritate your stomach. And excessive doses of acetaminophen can be toxic to your liver, particularly when combined with alcohol.

vitamin B12 and a FULL (12 to 16 oz) glass of water before you go to bed will help but NOT stop a hangover.
