The skin around your nose is quite oily. You can rub your finger on the oily skin around your nose and rub it on your lips and you'll be getting a *natural* oil instead of an un-natural lip balm, to moisturize your chapping lips.
Sorry if it sounds *gross* but it's true. Your own oil from your nose (or another part of your face) will work as a moisturizer on your lips!
You can also use hand or face lotion to moisturize your lips, or even put on some lipstick for the time being.
You can also use butter, veggie oil, olive oil, etc. Kitchen oils work for chapped lips!! :-)
I know EXACTLY what it feels like to have chapped, cracked and sore lips. I have it all the time, and I always have a tube of lip balm in my pocket (at home and outside my home). I carry it everywhere I go!

Put some honey on your lips and scrub it until the dead skin comes off. You can use an old toothbrush to scrub it or a hand
scrub. This doesn't last but a day or two. While your doing it your lips will hurt, but after wards they might feel a little tingly, and very soft.

Olive oil is a great product for skin and hair. It was suggested to me by an Eustachian years ago. My skin gets very dry in the winter, I tried every cream, lotion, bath oils, baby oil, nothing worked.Olive oil is 100% natural, no dyes or perfumes to irritate my already irritated skin. I can't live happily without the stuff. Hope this works for you.

If you brush your lips very lightly once every couple days you shouldnt even need lip stuff. Just do it when you brush your teeth. Makes for good soft kissin lips.

Brush your lips with a toothbrush to remove excess skin. Then apply something like butter to make them smooth.

Eczema patients can avoid scratchy fibers for softer ones like bamboo, cotton, or silk, which are gentler on the skin. Opting to buy organic fibers can also be a wise, healthy, and eco-friendly alternative. Learn here https://tr.im/XZsmR

I think you should aviod butter, unless it's unsalted.
The salt will dry your lips out even more. Try some lard, it's salt free. If you;re going to use lotion, make sure it's unscented.
Good luck.

Use guano or some other kind of feces. It won't heal the chapped lips, but you sure won't lick 'em anymore.

I havent used those for a long time (years), all I do is drink milk, and it is supposed to help alot. I dont know what it will do to people who have used chapstick and such, but milk works wonders for me.
Good luck!
