Because of her age this move has caused her a little stress apparently. You didn't mention how long ago you had moved. Try waking her up earlier and earlier each day. Say around 2:00 and the next day around 1:00 ect. She should start going to bed earlier as well. She's just got her days and nights a little mixed up. Give her a few weeks and she'll settle in. Major changes are very stressfull for little people. And a move, even though a (hopefully) positive change, is stll a major change.

First of all stop putting her to bed so late. No 2 year old should be up at 10 pm. She should be in bed by 8 pm at the latest. It's not that she has "insomnia" it's that she isn't getting the rest she needs and she is "over tired".

My nephew was the same way. My sister used chase him around the kitchen table. He loved doing it because she made it into a game. He would be really tired about a half hour afterward and want to go to bed. This worked until he was on a schedule of going to bed at 9:00 p.m. Try to keep her on a schedule and cut out her naps.

Maybe she's not used to being at your mothers and feels uncomfortable and will not go to sleep until she's so tired that she has not choice but to fall asleep. My son (15m) does that whenever he's in a place that he's not familiar with or is uncomfortable. Plus if you have any tension about being at your moms she may be feeling that also and it may be coming out in the form of her not sleeping.
