Sure any two people can do whatever they like! If they want to have a ceremony and reception they can. It just will not be reconized as a leagal marrige by their state. Why? I don't know I guess becasue someone thinks it is wrong. I personally think people should be able to do what ever they want as long as they are not harming anyone else. Who has ever gotten hurt from two people in love getting married?

Yes. They could have whatever ceremony they wanted in their home state. It's just that the paperwork would have to be legally signed out of state.

Now, it is a big question as to how serious their home state will take their marriage license if something comes up, like inheritance.

Yes they could.Maybe they just want their friends and family to share their happiness. They would have to look for a special person possibly a judge or minister to do the ceremony, Lots of sites on line for this.

Yes, of course! It's not that gay marriage is illegal, it's just not legally recognised. You could do all the regular ceremony stuff of straight people, if that's what you want!

All I can say is......Marriage is not something you make a mochary of. If God intended for same sexes to be joined together he would have created Adam and Steve or Amanda and Eve, each would have both male and female sex organs so they could pro create. So I think that if you are looking for some advice for that, go to gay or lesbian websites, they could answer that better.

It can be done, and has been. But it would be well to determine in advance whether it would be of legal effect; in the United States, only Massachusetts allows such.

I don't see why not! And, since they were already legally married, they wouldn't need someone to officiate, they could ask a close friend or something.

No buddy. It wouldn't be too normal since the couple would be gay. "Normal " for gay people is sex mostly not marriage and stuff like that. Ive had several friends that were gay and marriage is usually the last on their minds. Besides, not to offend any gay friends or anything, but gayness is kindof cheesey.
