Well, there's a few answers.
Flippant answer: Go to the nroth pole, put your hand on it, hold on, and run in circles around it.
"Mathmatical" answer: Theoretically, the earth is a perfect sphere (Reality is, it's not perfect) so any point on earth which you start at, continue in a perfectly straight line until you reach your original location. Preferably, your ruote would be as FLAT as possible, with no or few changes in elevation ... that means as little going UP or DOWN as possible.
Practical Answer: Fly There is no point on earth I'm aware of you could completely travese the entire circumference(?) of the earth on land only, or water only. Book a flight.. but balloons work well too........ :)

I understood your question to mean airline routes. It's an interesting question. "Around the world" means something specific in terms of airline tickets. When you plan your route, you can only go in one direction (east or west) to qualify for the around the world fare. So you want to connect up a few major cities of the world along a great circle. I couldn't do it :-(
