The conditions you describe are not for any dog, and certainly not a large one. Huskies were bred as Northern working dogs. They need plenty of space, plenty of exercise, and when in the puppy stage, they need plenty of patience and training and to be around their people.

If you live in an apartment you have to make sure it is written in your lease that you are allowed to have a dog. Usually if you are allowed to have a dog it will tell you weight restrctions (if any) and if there is a fee for having a dog.
Having a large size dog as a Husky living inside an apartment is not a smart move.
Dogs require a lot of attention, funding, patience. You will need to provide food and shelter for your dog (not living inside the garage or outside), as well as be able to pay for toys, vet bills, crates, treats, and so on. For a dog such as a Husky that can range really high, larger dogs tend to cost more than a smaller breed.
Training depends on how much time, energy, and patience that you are willing to give. No one can tell you how long or how much training is required for a dog because it varies with each dog plus there are a lot of factors how often you train, how much patience, and so on.
At this point and time you might want to look into getting a different pet, besides a dog. No dog should be left outside all day nor be forced to live in the garage. Dogs like to be around others and are in need of socialization.

Probably not. If the landlord doesn't allow dogs your parents will fear being thrown out. Keeping the dog in the garage or outside is neglect, and you could pay a fine and the dog taken from you. A dog needs to be walked at minimum twice a day. Walking a dog once a day is cruel. If the dog is taken out only once a day - by the time that one time a day has come he has to go pretty bad and when he goes it won't all come out - like a person he'll have to go again in about 15 minutes. Of course the situation is worse in the summer when the dog drinks more water. Many dogs lose their lives to kidney ailments for this very reason.

Huskey's are not necessarily apartment dogs. They can be fairly large. Also, it is inhumane to keep a dog outside exclusively. Dogs are social animals.
Wait until you have your own house or apartment, then do some research on which breed would best fit your lifestyle.
Now is not the right time.

Inside the parking lot !! is that what you meant !?!? if soo thats soo frickenn cruel .... and if they wont let you get one then you have to bargain with them ask for a smaller pet like a hamster or even a cat is smaller. Or maybe something you can get rid of faster. and let them know you can take care of it , and you will get used to the responsibility of a pet also. Then you know if you want to buy the dog or not . Also dont just decide one day you want to get a dog ..... plan it kin of with a breed , where you would look , names , gender , What you will need and make sure you can afford the dog . Thats mostly it to getting an animal its not as easy as 1 , 2 , 3 .
- other ?'s just ask -

Please don't do that to a dog. A dog that big needs more room than you would be able to give him right now. Just wait and eventually either your parents will give in or let you get a smaller dog that can be in the apartment. Otherwise, whenever you grow up and move out you can have whatever you want in an apartment.

Certainly Dog is man's best friend. After seeing your problem I can suggest you to go for some other pet as you should listen to you parents what they are saying is good for you. Our parents think always best for us. They are always happy when they see us happy but some times when something is not good for us weather it might be due to some personal reason or due to other surrounding reason. It is best to listen your parents. Keeping a dog is a very big task As you have to take care a lot about him, his health his food and about his cleanliness as you have to spend money on his training and on his diet a good dog means a good costly diet to keep the dog healthy. You have to check as you said of making a home home for dog in parking you have to take permission from appartment owner and from the people living in that appartment. some people will agree with you and some will not. dog carries one of the deadliest disease Rabies you have to take the dog for regular checkups. I would rather say to go for some other pet which is accepted by your parents and by you.

a dog costs a lot of responsiblities and if you're parents won't allow it don't buy a dog. but if you do get a place of your owe you can go allow and buy one. you have to consider the coldness in the winter time when you leave a dog outside. good luck
