I like too many to name just one. Although colby jack and muenster and havarty are at the top of my list. They all melt really nicely.

hi to all cheese lovers.
I dont have 1 type of cheese which is my favorite. I just love cheese period.
Here is Greece we eat cheese with all our meals especially feta cheese, we also produce some very good cheeses.
