It's good for healthy gums and these two ingredients are found in several brands of toothpaste now, but as for whitening your teeth...you'd have to be diligent about using it after every meal, especially if you are a coffee drinker.

I've never tried but I've read in a book that rubbing lemon on your teeth helps whitening them. It is worth trying and it is not risky.

yeap..i bought natural teeth for dental laboratory in my school n my teacher (a dentist) told me to whiten it wid peroxide.. ^_^

nope... not at all!! we use hydrogen peroxide 30% with an activator..(heat) and is not better than carbamide peroxide at 15%
