I met this guy a couple nights ago he is a friend of a friend..we hit it off pretty well and now we have been texting back and forth and what not...He kind of gives me a creepy vibe sometimes though Im not really sure what he is looking for..my friend says he is a nice guy and he talked to him about me for hours so should i go with my gut instinct or trust my friends judgement..he wants to go out just the two of us this week any suggestions as to what a type of date we should go on that will not be too awkward...thank you

This is a hard one - normally you would trust your instincts - but you don't want your friend (if a long time friend) to be upset with you either. I think I would go on the date but make sure all things you do are in public (eat, movie, talk). Have a fall back system, a friend that can be at different places as you go there. Also, have a cell phone set to auto dial one or more people (prior set up so you don't need to talk and they know where to meet you). If you still feel creepy after this date, then explain it to your friend and don't have another date. Good Luck in whatever you decide.

This dude is obssessing over you. i don't think it'll be too safe going somewhere quiet and sucluded from others just et. go some where that's not private so you can get to know him better. Or try bringing a friend he doesn't know to watch out for you so hey can be your superman or wonder woman and save you.
