Not really. When a girl acts dumb a guy will act like he likes it because he thinks she is easy. He only pretends to get what he wants then kicks you to the curb. A true meaning relationship is based on being who you are and not pretending.

In today's society men are still raised to protect women, to be their care provider, so when women act dumb it makes a man feel like he is needed.

Guys like girls who are not "smarter" than they are. Whatever "level" of intelligence he has, is the maximum you should go to. Otherwise he might be intimidated.
Personally though, I feel it is not correct for me to "dumb myself down" to some other persons level. It is degrading to myself. So I'll continue to wait for the right one to come along. Soon, I hope.

i dont know it depends on the guy but i know alot of guys that prefer it if girls seem innocent or naive, and alot of guys always like to think that theyre outsmarting girls so i guess so, but only at first, but don't act too dumb or its really annoying

i would hope not. i dont think they would like it if their girl acted smarter than them tho. girls acting dumb ARE dumb. just be who u naturally are. If girls have to impress( or in this case, unimpress) a guy for him to like us, then i am officially a lesbian

I can't stand it myself, especially if it's fake. I can't stand anything or anyone fake. Why would an intelligent woman feel the need to act dumb? Especially for a guy? Please, find a guy who cares about you and your thoughts.

as for me id have to say no, unless she is being playfull other than that a girl has to act smart around me to like her, not dumb.
