The only time dogs should have double teeth is when they are pups (5-7mths) and they are loosing their baby teeth, if these teeth do not fall out they MUST be removed as they are a source of cathcing bacteria and causing infections.

if your dog is older and should have lost all puppy teeth by now some dogs will retain their baby teeth. this can be harmful to the adult teeth and you need to take your dog to the vet and have these retained baby teeth removed.
