What you are doing to her with that tie is cruelty to animals, and you can get into serious trouble, and go to jail, if someone see's it and reports you. And what in the world were you thinking tying its back leg? No...just, no. Untie the dog's leg and take her to the humane society, because if you don't know not to do that you shouldn't have a pet. You could potentially cut off her blood supply and cause her to lose her leg or tale.
